The staff were awesome, really lovely women, but when it boils down to it my wax was awful. The lady had told me hot wax was better than strip so I payed £5 extra. First of all the wax was so so hot that I’ve actually got burns on the inside of my thighs, I still have patches of hair and the amount of ingrown hairs is pretty awful. Also she kind of just left a patch of hair instead of any kind of strip. I asked her to straighten it up and of course with the staff being so kind she did, but to be honest my strip was really really bad. I had to go home and try to straighten it up. Super sad about the results but hoping it was just my experience.
