Very disappointed with the appointment. It was meant to be 1hr15mins but lasted about 45mins.
I opted for a full body exfoliation and it started off badly till the end. As soon as the lady applied the scrub on my legs I was asked to changed into a pair of disposable knickers which she forgot to give me. So she wiped me down quickly while I changed and stared again. The room was very small with no room to move around the bed. Then when treatment started the door kept opening and closing with a lot of racket and I had cotton pads on my eye lids so couldn’t see what was going on. Then another lady decided to join the treatment. Being naked down to a pair of disposable knickers only is quite uncomfortable to be around 1 person let alone 2, and worse not even being told or knowingness who this other person was!
Then they both tried to move around the bed in the tiny room constantly knocking the bed and making noise. And the second lady kept opening the door and coming in and out! I felt very exposed! At one point someone else knocked on the door and I have no idea who that was but they decided to open the door with me laying on my front with my backside completely exposed! Totally unacceptable.
The actual treatment felt ok, but I was fuming inside because of what was happening around me. The room was not clean I did not feel relaxed. The tissue I was laying on was wet and ripped to shreds created such a mess around me. I had bits of scrub left all over my body which I wiped down with a towel after they finished (which I still had half an hour to go but i was actually glad it was over!) the reason for my visit was to remove post holiday dead skin on my body but the skin on my whole body was so dry after I left the salon, I don’t know if they even moisturised it. But the dead skin was still there. I was told maybe I’ll need another treatment...err no thanks! £55? Not worth it AT ALL. I will never go back there again, no privacy at all. They need to sort that out! A customer should not be exposed like that, once inside the treatment room, the door needs to remains shut from anyone!
