I had been getting a pulled neck muscle very easily leading up to the massage, which has now resolved. It was the right level of pressure for me and overall a really good massage and would definitely return for a future massage. Only downside I can think of really is some awareness of the outside traffic, but once into the massage, that did seem to fade away.
