I have never had a microdermabrasion or A-lift facial before so wasn't sure what to expect and although not as relaxing an experience as a normal facial it left my skin feeling very soft afterwards.

A very relaxing full body massage that left me not wanting to get up as I felt so relaxed. Therapist asked if I had any areas of concern first and worked on whole body, using the right amount of pressure for me.

A good bikini wax that was completed fairly painlessly using hot wax. Normally I'm a bit of a wimp but I managed to be brave and have more waxed than normal. Beautician made me feel comfortable and at ease throughout and I didn't feel any awkwardness or embarrassment.
