I was genuinely disappointed by my experience with the pedicure service. The attitude displayed by Priya was troubling and, unfortunately, included behaviour that was racially insensitive. Additionally, the service itself did not meet expectations. I had booked a luxury pedicure anticipating a spa-like experience, but the setup was very basic, and I struggled to see what justified the “luxury” label. Overall, the experience fell short both in terms of professionalism and value.
