The reason I gave one a 4 star is not because of the therapist but because of how the new system works. You have to earn way more points than you had to before and you could be going for treatments every week which I think is unfair this is something that needs to be looked at and worked on to make customers feel like it’s valid for money and that the incentive is worth it.
