She’s always very welcoming and makes me feel at ease and comfortable when it comes to waxing my intimate areas. I always recommend her to all my friends and family.

Excellent and efficient service and therapist! Only if people start to use the booking system properly rather than shout at the lovely therapist and fighting for priority would be even better. perhaps owner can signpost the booking system a lot better so that walk ins are clearer that those booked in advance will always have a priority? One lady was very rude to the therapist that she wasn't seen asap which isnt pleasant for anyone.

The only issue is the waiting time you need to give the therapists more time for appointments I had to wait 30 mins but baljendia is amazing! I would only ever let her wax thread me.
