Treatment wasn't actually done. I wanted to book eyebrow and upper lip threading but for some reason, the system only allowed me to book 1 treatment even though there were slots available. I made a note about this hoping that they would allow correct time. Instead they never checked that and argued with me that I have done something wrong and the system was perfect. All my explanations were dismissed. No effort was made to accommodate me or rearrange for another time.
