Perfect experience, I absolutely love my eyebrows and they we’re shaped and dyed perfectly. Will definitely come back in the future. The service was wonderful and the lady was welcoming and caring and paid attention to the details.

The threading was good but I was shocked that the therapist didn't wear her mask properly and kept having to be asked to put it on or pull it over her nose and mouth. With such a close contact service, I left feeling worried and unsafe and therefore wouldn't go back.

I am very disappointed,i booked appointment for eyelashes day befor my appointment and the lady who's supposed to come to do my eyelashes didn't came to work,nobody called me to let me know i was travelling with bus 1 hour one way.I lost 2 and half hours for nothing.The boss she saying i am sorry and that's it.Anyways!I will never go back there because for me this is not professional.
