This was my second visit to the salon. I returned because I was impressed with the way my brows had been done previously and had booked in for an eyebrow wax and tint. My appointment was at 11am on Sunday (when they open) so I did some shopping beforehand before making my way to the counter.
There was another client getting their eyebrows threaded (bearing in mind it had just gone 11am) so I mentioned to the therapist I had an appointment and how long it was likely to be. She said that because I had booked a wax she had to heat it up and that I would have to wait at least half an hour for it to warm up. I was very disappointed as I had booked this before other plans and did not have time to hang around.
In my opinion if you book an appointment for a certain time you expect to be treated at the time of booking. If you know your client is having a treatment that requires prep don't let them book at the time of opening/make sure you are ready for them! Very disappointing experience and the therapist was not very apologetic so unfortunately won't be returning.
