The manicure and eyebrow treatments I had were great but i didnt enjoy the haircut wash and blow dry at all as the member of staff I had was extremely rude to me. They messed up their timings by starting someone else's hair and then, even though i politely said i was in no rush, continued to bother me about the fact they had made a mistake and looking at me like I was a moron. They asked me to leave and come back at a later time (I would have been happy to sit and wait but no) All members of staff except this one honestly seemed lovely but unfortunately she was the one assigned to cut my hair. It was very painful. I have thick hair that knots easily but she used no product and took no care at all. She laughed frequently making little side eyes at her colleague about my hair as if it was difficult (this has never happened in my many years of having hair cuts), asked me sneeringly how often I wash my hair while she washed It (!) And the blow dry was the worst I have ever recieved. It's so disappointing as initially I was glad to have found somewhere so local and as i say the rest of the staff seemed professional and nice. Unfortunately this particular lady let the place down and I won't be returning. The cut itself was nice thankfully.
