EYELASHES RIPPED OUT AFTER CLUSTERS APPLIED. I specifically booked on treatwell to not have Gamze as I had read she was incompetent with lash applications but when I turned up she was my beautician. I didnt want to kick up a fuss as maybe the reviews were unfair on her or a one time thing but no, she really doesnt know what she is doing. Literally glued the inner corner of my eyelids together. It took 3 of the staff to intervene before i could fully open my eyes again but it was super painful as they ripped out my bottom lashes. As a result of my bottom lashes being yanked out from being attached to the upper lid extension glue, the roots of the plucked lashes then proceeded to rub against and irritate my eyeball. The glue was so badly applied and spikey that when I blinked my eyes started watering from the constant poking. All of that, combined with some of it looking gappy anyway- Ive had to fix a couple of the extensions myself so I can actually blink/sleep/not look wonky.
Before all this even happened I called up to ask about getting gel mani and pedi along with my eyelash extensions. I was quoted a price, I repeated what was said to me over the phone to be sure I was right in what I heard, the lady confirmed the price again so I agreed to book me in for a gel mani and pedi too. When I got there I was asked whether it was normal and I confirmed it was gel AGAIN. When it came to paying they then quoted me a higher price as they had thought it was getting a normal paint despite confirming numerous times it was GEL and them applying gel but they failed to tell me at any point a new price until right at the end.
Also a screaming child in there which didn't help the ambience but I understand that that's not their fault.
I would have given 1 star but to be fair to Gamze, my nails turned out ok. Would deffo not recommend to have lash treatment here.
