The wash basin they wash your hair in was broken and moving down if I put and weight on it, so I had to hold my head hovering which was very uncomfortable. I also noticed that the basin was filled with hair from other clients and there was a big clump of hair in the plug and they asked me to put my hair in it without cleaning it first which was very offputting.

I’m getting my eyelashes done, and baring in mine my eyes are closed during the whole treatment, i had staff members around the bed all speaking in their own language and whispering making me feel very uncomfortable. She did an ok job of my lashes, bit uneven but they look alright, not worth £20 though.
