Staff never ready for 10 AM appointment as they unlock the door at 10 o'clock. Seemed as if i was in the way and stylist seemed preoccupied.

I was welcomed, seen straight away and treatment was explained before my facial, which was good. The only negative was the sound proofing wasn't brilliant - I could hear the Sainsbury's tannoy announcements!
