The staff are very nice, but the quality of services is problematic. So far only Lily has impressed me as a competent stylist. I booked my haircut especially with Lily on Treatwell, only to find out the salon has not kept track of Treatwell bookings - they were surprised to see me and eventually said Lily is too busy to take me.
The stylist who took me repeatedly asked for instructions and then proceeded to ignore them to the extreme. My hair was subjected to aggressive layering I specifically cautioned against, the hair around my face lost about two inches promptly after I said I wanted to keep the length there. The stylist was very distracted since a man she appears to be close to kept appearing at the salon and demanding her attention while she was cutting my hair.
She then asked if I wanted a blowdry, I said no, she did it anyway and charged me for it in the end. She asked if I wanted my eyebrows thick or thin, I said thick, and she thinned them out.
I don't quite understand why this happened, since the stylist had good command of English and seemed able to understand me. At any rate, the experience was very disappointing and I will not be visiting this salon again.
