Whilst I enjoyed the massage itself, the delivery of service that I received from the masseur was mechanical. There was no greeting, no social interaction, no conversation offered and no goodbyes. The only words that were exchanged are: "You're all done." I felt like I was dealt with by a machine rather than a human being as the interaction lacked warmth.
