Overall okay. Nice and relaxing. The therapist asked me whether I’d like my neck to be massaged which I said yes to. However, she didn’t specify that was an additional option for an extra charged. At the end I had to pay more than expected. Think it’s not a very fair approach, she should have mentioned the charge upfront.

I’m disappointed in myself for expecting a better experience for a Brazilian wax at £20.
My skin was caught in 2 areas (and has since bruised and come out in light sores!) - and the waxer didn’t even do a full Brazilian, leaving the lips. At this point I wasn’t up for asking for more because I was terrified of really hurting the most delicate part of me.
The waxer herself was absolutely lovely but I had to leave this review. Unfortunately you get what you pay for and I have learnt a serious lesson about cheap waxes. That is - don’t do them!!

Leg waxing was good and thorough; however the Hollywood was very disappointing: I had to keep pointing out missed hairs, technique in using the hot wax was poor which meant it was much more painful - it even started bleeding. I have regular Hollywood waxes so know there’s better ways to do it.
