Best wax and wax therapist I have ever had - consistently so too. Least pain and I have v sensitive skin. Also just really nice smooth experience and lovely conversation :) so happy I found this place!

The 2 times I’ve been here I had to wait 25 minutes with no phone call to say they’re running late. Not ideal when on a lunch break from work. Catalina is so lovely and the wax was great, just a shame about the lateness.
