On arival the girls were reslly nice and friendly.I was taken into a room that was really clean i thought it was a bit sttange that the girl did not wear gloves as it was bikini wax.The girl doing the wax was really lovley and the waxing was less painful when she spoke to me although i was dissapointes that it was strip was and not hard wax used as it states when you book hard was i was unhappy about thi.The waxing was done very poorly i didnt notice untile i got home alot off wax was left on me also a lot off hair was missed out she said she wouldnt do it it was due to shaving but when i got home i got it off myself using hard wax.I will not return or recomend this salon for the price and location it should be better.
Really cannot recommend this place enough! The Boutique is beautiful and everyone is very welcoming. Laura immediately put me at ease and asked me a few questions about what I was looking for out of today's treatment. She ensured I was comfortable throughout my visit and was a great judge of encouraging conversations, whilst also respecting silences without any awkwardness.
My lashes looked amazing by the end of the treatment! I wouldn't consider going anywhere else.
Laura aldo spoke to me at the end of the appointment about what my options could be if I were to have my lashes done again in the future (this had been my first time and I wanted them to look as natural as possible). This included her advising me that my eyes could take a longer length if this was something I was interested in.
Really happy with the service I received and will be recommending to my friends.
