I had book two treatments bot for 45 min. I got out after an hour and felt cheated on my 30 min of treatment I had payed for. Tried contacting them by email and got no response and I phoned but only met by a person saying she had to notify a manager who was gonna phone me up but never phoned back.second time calling they didn’t pick up.
I was greeted by the lovely Marie who was the therapist to give me the massage. She made me feel very welcome from start to finish. After filling the consultation form I was led into the room and Marie asked me why I was wanting this particular massage (Indian Head Massage) and I told her my neck and shoulders were sore and she explained to me what she was going to do and focus on my problem areas. Marie’s pressure was perfect for me and she really worked my knots without causing me discomfort. After my massage she even had some aftercare tips for me to help with my tension on my shoulders! I was so impressed that I booked another different massage on the spot and Marie even explained to me what future massages would better suit me and that she would cater to my needs! I can’t praise her enough and would definitely recommend her!
