Katie is superb. I would have ticked all of the previous had I been able to. She makes me feel like me again. It’s a treat for me every time I go. A pamper afternoon just for me. We were weighing up how long I’ve been going to Katie now. Twenty years!! That speaks fir itself. She is professional, friendly, perfectionist, and very knowledgeable.
