One of the most relaxing massages I've had!! I struggle to completely switch off and have huge amounts of tension but I found myself dropping off a couple of times and left feeling tonnes better and so relaxed! Thank you!!

Really great and safe experience at beauty box for my treatment, with temperature checks, nhs tracking app and hand sanitiser on hand.

Unfortunately I didn’t have a great experience. I turned up 5 minutes early, only to have to wait outside in the cold for ages as my beauty therapist was running nearly 15 minutes late. I didn’t really get any apology for this, and then felt like I was to blame for asking to move my car as it only had a hour on it (which should have been fine had they not been running late). I was then short-changed on the massage as it was only 38 minutes long, not 45. So overall, really not impressed!
