Had requested to have my app with a particular member of staff & had this confirmed prior to arrival. However, when I arrived, it appeared this had not been reflected on their system so I had to have my app with another lady. I was a little annoyed, but went with it. I didn't want to cause a fuss! The lady I had (sorry can't remember her name) was lovely! Very professional & very friendly. Great treatments & easy booking on the Treatwell app.
