The service at the venue was very good, the staff member who did my wax was lovely. Unfortunately I think the wax roller used was leaky, as where it was resting against my legs I had large drips of wax. The wax itself was generally okay, however it is a wonky. Because of this I can't give 5 stars unfortunately.

Booked here as my usual waxist was unavailable, but really happy with experience. The wax used on my legs was out of a roller (not my favourite) but hot wax used for my Hollywood which is awesome. Tracey called me earlier in the day to see if I could come in 15 min later to fit everything in, really friendly and polite. Maggie who did my waxing was also lovely.

Lovely staff member, a nice salon, it was welcomed to have drinking water and magazines I usually go to the Clifton Beauty Box but since they came off Treatwell I have decided to go to the Westbury one more. Also the Clifton one isn't as nice as the Westbury salon. I had a brazillian wax and it was done very quickly which was good. The girl put me at ease and was really nice and friendly. Would definitely come again.
