I went with a friend just before we went on holiday.
The girl that did my nails was lovely! very polite and pleasant. However the lady at the main desk not so much.asked my friend for a payment, when I'd already paid for both treatments via the app. I paid an extra 12 pounds in top of the 27 I'd already paid, because I asked for 3 nail extensions as I'd broken some of my nails. The extensions didn't last long at all, I did them on Thursday eve, nd one of them came off on Saturday... I don't mind paying as long as I'm paying for quality...
The quality of the shillac wasn't good either. By Tuesday the edges on most of our nails were lifting and getting stuck on clothes, hair etc.

Good, clean salon although thy were running a little late and also overran on my treatment. The treatment itself was very good and the staff were friendly. Afterwards it took them a while to verify that I had already payed on Treatwell and had to get a manager to verify it.

The lady who I had (can't remember her name) was so lovely and really funny. Also she did a good job of my full leg and high bikini wax! Definitely recommended!
