After an initial mixup because I was running late, my experience couldn't have been more positive. Frances (I think that was her name!) was lovely and easy to chat to, whilst doing a very quick and efficient wax. Thank you!

Always have a positive experience at this salon, the girls are lovely and they are very good at waxing being quick and putting you at your ease. Wouldn't go anywhere else!

Had requested to have my app with a particular member of staff & had this confirmed prior to arrival. However, when I arrived, it appeared this had not been reflected on their system so I had to have my app with another lady. I was a little annoyed, but went with it. I didn't want to cause a fuss! The lady I had (sorry can't remember her name) was lovely! Very professional & very friendly. Great treatments & easy booking on the Treatwell app.
