Awesome experience both times I've been so far.
Bit of a wait though, despite my appointment being changed from 1:30pm to 2pm- I still wasn't seen until closer to 2:30pm. Hopefully this won't become a regular issue. Perhaps they're so busy because they're brilliant?!
