The venue is very old and dirty. The floor is cover with dust and rubbish, with a very small pathway to walk. The waxing is so unprofessional causing my upper lip skin to hurt and the skin to peel off leaving some scar. The therapist was very rude asking questions that I didn’t want to answer and making assumption base on race and nationality. The system try to put me as no show even though we show up.
