I've been coming to this venue for a few years for waxing. The Indian lady who does the waxing is lovely and does a great job - that's the only reason I go back. Issue is that the salon NEVER keeps to the original booking time. I turn up on time but always have to wait 20min, and this is every single time. The salon itself is not very clean and it's impossible to breathe with all the arcrylic nail dust and manicure chemicals. No windows/ extremely poor ventilation. Not safe for clients.

The manicure therapist was very concentrated so she did not talk at all but made my nails beautifully well
