My manicure was generally okay, but I had a few bad experiences with the technician. As I was putting my hand into the UV machine, the polish on one of my nails brushed against the inside wall and smudged. She then saw this happen, yank my hand out and started tutting / having a go at me, saying how she would now have to do this nail all over again (which wasn't even the case!). I didn't feel this was an appropriate way to treat a paying customer. She was then very argumentative and rude.

Good selection of colours but unfortunately the manicure was not great, 4 of my cuticles were cut. Maybe I was unlucky, as it was very busy.
