I've been going here for a few months now and this was by far my worst visit. The employees in the front were arguing aggressively, one mentioned having a fever and not being allowed to go home, another was complaining about being over worked. The woman next to me felt equally as uncomfortable and we kept exchanging glances. Not only was it incredibly uncomfortable, the work done was horrible. The worst SNS manicure I've had in London. I will continue to come here because I've previously had great experiences, but sadly was very disappointed this time around.
