I love this place and the overall treatment was very good. However the beautician said the hair for underarm was too short so I should get a refund for the incomplete treatment. I asked if I could get credit for my next treatment at Beauty Box (as that seemed like a fair request) but the therapist at the till disagreed and said I wasn’t allowed any form of credit or treatment. This is ridiculous considering the amount of money I had paid that day
