Slightly unorganised when I arrived and definitely more of a nail bar than a spa experience but the treatment was nice. No massage which I thought was part of the spa pedicure which was a shame.

I've been here a couple of times now and while my first manicure by the male therapist was fantastic, on my last visit I wasn't so impressed. I booked the last appointment at the end of the day (although I did arrive earlier than my time and she took me through straightaway) but the girl was rushing so much that while she was taking my manicure off that she caught my skin quite a few times with the device they use to scratch off your gel, when it catches your skin it's quite painful and it did leave a sore red patch on one of my finger for a couple of days. She also rushed the paint job with parts of the sides of my nails left a bit bare, she smudged it on one nail so the finish wasn't smooth and the tips also seem to be chipping when I didn't have this problem at all with my last manicure. It's such a shame you can't pick who does the manicure as my first experience with Beauty Box was fantastic..
