No ambience at all, the room was at the back in a tiny space. No introduction or time to get settled in, she just started immediately, quite aggressive and didn’t seem to care. It was also really painful. The outcome was good, but I don’t think I would go back.

Generally I am very pleased with my manicure. However, I did feel that the manicurist was really rushing to get my nails done. I understand my appointment was at the end of the day (due to work) but I noticed the actual nail polish has not been finished very neatly especially around the cuticles. But I would like to finish by saying I would go back but possibly try and get a slightly earlier appointment as I think only the rushing affected the finish.
