I was interested to see how they would do a Hollywood is quickly; in half the time I have ever had previously! But they did an excellent job, just putting on a lot more wax at a time. Gets it over with quicker - will definitely be going back.

Hygiene could have been better - left face covered in removed hairs rather than brushing off as per industry standard. Did not use any cleansing solution/ cream before or after.
