Had scheduled then rescheduled app with preferred therapist, however I arrived early and was put with another therapist without explanation. While she was friendly and attentive, I did feel her technique suggested she was inexperienced. I subsequently discovered when I got home that she had taken more off the top of one eyebrow than the other. I hadn't noticed at the time as I was rushing to another appointment. Although sadly there would have been no way to remedy the situation anyway.
