When I initially got my BIAB’s put on at the salon I really liked it but when I got the gel taken off I really wasn’t impressed by the experience, I understand that during school holidays it makes sense to take your child to work but I thought it made the salon look very unprofessional that the little girl was on reception. Furthermore, when Anna took my gel off, she filed my nail length down to basically nothing when the whole point of BIAB is to grow your nails out and she didn’t even check.
