Disappointing. The room was soulless and spare, no chair to leave your clothes and bag on. I had to undress in front of person and leave possessions on the dirty floor. Very hurried treatment and then said person stayed in the room while I got dressed and then proceeded to take paper off bed. She then waited in the room until I was ready to leave as if I was going to steal something! Totally unprofessional and impersonal conduct.
