I thought everyone there was welcoming and friendly. They had made sure I was seen to straight away. There were even walk in appointment where they were going out of their to try and help. I have a really weird thumb nail which can be difficult to work with but they did so well. The only negative I have was it says it’ll be an hour but it took more like 1h 30. Other than that, perfect!
