Terrible. Come here very often, and this time, the job was not correctly done. Not only it only lasted seven days, but also the technicians never make any questions about shape, size, and how I wanted my nails!

Nails look great and SNS has been really resilient. They also corrected a couple of nails for me as they thought they weren't perfect.

Staff were amazing. Very polite. Offered a drink. i love my SNS nails. shop is really small though. very tight and i didnt feel relaxed. its a great stop for those office people who are rushing through London and need to get their nails done on the go. its a busy place!

The staff are really friendly and there were clearly a lot of regulars. But my manicure was really disappointing- the nail tech cut the tips too short so when she shaped them they ended up way shorter than I wanted even though I had shown her a picture. Also the gel polish started chipping that same day on the tips. A full set of acrylics with polish should last 3 weeks- im probably going to replace these after 5 days. Nice place and people but cant I wouldnt go back.
