amazing service and lovely nails every time! no damage or chips after 3 weeks. very helpful in helping choose design and colours. eyebrows very good considering mine are relatively sparse.

Hair Styling and Updos
I came here for a manicure, pedicure and waxing. I told staff that I had a time restraint at the time of booking and they assured me that there would be sufficient time. Upon arrival I got told that I couldn’t have any nail art as the person that does nail art wasn’t working. Their Facebook page shows lots of nail art pictures so I reasonably expected that I could have it. I should have been told at the time of booking that the person I’m booked with does limited nail art.
The deluxe pedicure was lovely but took over 2 hours. The lady that did it was very attentive and was trying her best but seemed inexperienced so had to take the polish off a number of times and re apply. My feet felt lovely afterwards and she gave a nice massage but it just took too long. To the point where I was bear the end of time and hadn’t had my manicure or waxing done. Her colleague (manager) was sat doing nothing knowing I had a time restraint and I had to ask her to come and start manicure whilst the girl finished my pedicure. They had to do my waxing at the same time due to significantly overrunning.
They did compensate me without me having to ask by giving the manicure complimentary which I appreciated but the whole experiment was rushed and not relaxing.
Within an hour of me returning my finger nails peeled. There was polish on the skin around my toes. The finish was shoddy.
They did try and compensate by saying they would give me a free manicure and pedicure but with the same person but we agreed a refund.
I do appreciate that the girl was trying her best but I had to pay someone else to re do my nails and wasted my time there to then have them re done again.
