The venue was lovely and chic. Catherine is the only hair stylist she revealed she had no Balayage colour training at the start. Learn't it on youtube. The finish was mediocre. It didn't look like a Balayage. She didn't remove the tint stains. Her blow-dry was untidy contradicting her statement about being a perfectionist.
Matters were made worse when a man entered the premise and things turned unpleasant and police were called.
It was the most anxious scalp wash. Will avoid repeat visit.

When I arrived, I was told that I would need to fill in a form to say I was happy to go without a patch test. This was my first lash procedure and I was unaware that something like that was needed, but I hadn’t been contacted in anyway to be informed about one. The overall procedure was relaxing, but I left with large strips of glue still on my eyelids and a mark on my cheek from where the technician had ripped tape off my face. Didn’t expect this from a qualified studio, not worth £47.
