I don't usually leave bad reviews and I did try to email but the email address from the website doesn't work. I am so unhappy with my gel manicure - it's been less than a week and they are already chipping. To be honest they hadn't been done properly to start with including bad filing, the tips not being painted properly and also not even at the cuticles. I'm going to have to get them re-done 😔 The staff are always lovely and the venue is very clean but on this occasion the treatment not good.

Nice friendly staff, the pedicure, scrub and massage was very good and relaxing. However was very disappointed with the quality of the gels nails- they started to peel off the same day and by the next day 4 had lifted off so I had to remove them, they just lifted up. They also appeared to not have cured evenly.
