Awful experience . My colour was ok but hair dye was left in and my hair wasn’t dried properly I asked for a bouncy blow dry and ended up with a complete birds nest which was frizzy and not dry properly and was then curled on top of that ,was very upsetting as I had booked to get my hair done the day before my sisters wedding . Also very expensive considering .
