Best salon in Bedford , Very friendly staff . Sara is best and very professional Love to come back the whole experience was very positive & satisfying Sara was sensitive to my individual needs , polite & very competent. The ambiance of salon was lovely appeared clean & very detailed decorated , never received such an amazing service in salon specially in bedford . Will definitely recommend to friends & family.

Showed up for my appointment but the salon was closed. After calling they said it was cancelled and to reschedule. On the rearranged date I received a text first thing to say that had also been cancelled.
Hair Colouring
My first visit was great. Was happy with my nails. However today I had the worst experience I’ve ever had in a salon where the beautician was doing a gel removal and ended up cutting my cuticle too much that it bled and kept bleeding after I left the salon. Sadly I had to cut my appointment short. I didn’t think I should have paid. No excuse. You do not proceed to painting someone’s nails when quite clearly one of their cuticles is bleeding. Not safe. Dangerous. I hope I don’t get a bacterial infection. I will not be back.
