I’ve had my gel/BIAB nails removed before elsewhere and they’ve always been fine. I don’t know why here they decided to soak and scrape my nails, they came out so brittle, broken and sore, plus my nails were completely fine before! Layers of my nails were torn and I’ve been having to put some treatment on them to strengthen them back up. So disappointed as it’s a lovely salon I’d of liked to come back to otherwise but now I’m put off as I’ve never been left with as flimsy nails before :(

Manicure was fine but not really professional. Pedicure was good, hard and dead skin removed and the nails cleaned filed and polished. Nice mini massage at the end of manicure and pedicure.
