I normally frequent Beauty and Bubbles for my nails but as a little treat to myself I booked in for a facial and Indian head massage and I couldn't have been happier. The treatment room to the side of the nail stations was not as I expected and I felt a world from Manchester city centre. The lights were set low with sumptuous purple drapes and the ambient spa like music drowned out all the sound from the nail bar. The treatment was thorough and spot on. Definitely worth a visit and I will be sure to book in again for a cheeky spa like special treatment on a grey miserable Manchester day. Thank you B&B!

I had party lashes for a wedding. They looked fantastic for the day but came off the day afterwards. The staff here are always very lovely, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them, especially if you need something doing quickly on your lunch break.

Had Shellac nails and CND Vinyl applied onto my toes.
First of all the selection of CND Vinyl nail polishes is extremely limited, so I had to go with something I didn't want to get. (I was planning to have matching nude applied to my nails and toes). The application process was rushed and one of the nails had to be redone as too much nail polish was put on at once, so it smeared everywhere. Before finishing that one toe, they invited me to continue with my Shellac nails. The process was also rushed and a girl was turning UV lamp way too fast that I count manage to get my hand in there. Also the amount of light in the room is really low. I don't know how they can see anything, no wonder my nails are bad. So while doing my nails I was asked weather I would like to turn and have my toe painted, I don't think I am that flexible to do it at once. So I had to ask to wait. After finishing the last coating I realised one of my nails was very dull, so I had to tell them twice that there is something wrong and later they realised that they didn't apply the top coat. Initially, I thought Shellac nails turned out nice and only when I came home I realised they all have pieces of dust and covered with air bubbles. As I said before, I went with nude colour so it is extremely visible. Additionaly, one of my nails already started to peel off. Talking about my toes I ruined them on my way home, also one of my toes is only half painted for some reason and the filing that was done is just tremendous, some of my nails are in different shape.
Its a shame as I am going on holidays and a wedding and my nails are in such condition.
