The only disappointment was you can hear quite a bit from inside the room--music outside, people going up/down stairs, chatting. Which made it a little hard to completely relax. Otherwise it was really great and my skin feels so much better!

Although I was not happy with the first treatment, the management soon put it right and were brilliant! I'm looking forward to my next treatment! :)
