Loved it - my neck and back have been very stiff and sore over the last few months due to my desk job and this really helped! There was immediate relief and I felt two inches taller. Absolute bargain too - this 30 minute session was £15 and worked so much better than the three £35 per session of physio I'd previously tried! Whether you have aches and pains like me, or just want a treat, I'd very much recommend you try this :)

Swedish Massage
The only disappointment was you can hear quite a bit from inside the room--music outside, people going up/down stairs, chatting. Which made it a little hard to completely relax. Otherwise it was really great and my skin feels so much better!
