I arrived on time but was seen 15 minutes later. The facial finished after an hour although I paid for 1.15 minutes. The facial was better the first time - massage included and more thorough approach.

I booked in to have my gel nails done and was pleasantly surprised to be able to get a booking for New Year's Eve, with only one days notice. I made my appointment however soon after got a call from beauty and bubbles saying that the appointment I had booked was not available as they were closing early on NYE. Understandable, but I was annoyed that the appointment I had booked, that was convenient for me, wasn't able to be fulfilled. I had already paid online, and so my only option was to go in for my appointment about 3 hours later. I already had plans but had to go to the appointment as I needed my nails done, and I thought the fuss of arranging a refund wouldn't be worth doing. Gripes about the booking process aside, I couldn't fault the service of beauty and bubbles when I went in. Harriet was lovely and as I arrived early, managed to remove my old gel polish before another appointment she had, leaving me happily sipping my bubbles! She was really friendly and did a lovely job of my nails. Would happily go back, just hoping wahanda's service is better next time.
