Brilliant quick service, had a brow wax for myself and friend on a last minute booking and they accommodated for us as well as a drink whilst waiting in between each other’s wax, staff were also very lovely and a welcoming atmosphere too. Will definitely use them again
Eyebrow Waxing
This treatment is uncomfortable, which is fine, but there are many ways to make it comfortable. I would have loved for the therapist to tell me what the plan was before starting. I think this treatment is more suited to the private cabins, since you have your eyes glued shut while everyone walks and talks around you. A head massage or some sort of treatmentduring wait times would make this experience so much better.
And the therapist should definitely wash her hands after smoking.
Eyelash Perming
Unfortunately my manicure was a relatively poor quality and the designated therapist handed my appointment over to a trainee. My choices of nail colour didn't feel very varied.
